Position Overview: The IT Service Desk Analyst will provide technical support for restaurant staff, ensuring efficient resolution of Level 1 Help Desk Tickets, proactively communicating issue statuses, and assisting with regular in-store IT maintenance. This position offers the flexibility of working from home with access to Cloudstaff offices as needed.

Key Responsibilities:

Non-Negotiable Experience Required:

  • Technical experience with restaurant industry technology such as menu boards, ordering kiosks, POS terminals, and NUCs.
  • Proficiency with Quick Service Restaurants or Retail technology.

Restaurant Tech Support:

  • Offer effective tech support through phone calls, tickets, and chat.
  • Resolve Level 1 tech issues and escalate when necessary.
  • Perform scheduled maintenance and document activities in the ticketing system.
  • Ensure clear communication with customers on issue statuses.

Learning and Development:

  • Participate in training and knowledge-sharing activities.
  • Support onboarding and development of new team members.

Workplace Health and Safety:

  • Implement Health & Safety Policy and use the Risk Register.
  • Report hazards, near misses, and injuries promptly.
  • Follow safety procedures and wear PPE as required.

Minimum Key Performance Indicators:

  • Customer satisfaction: 80%+ positive rating.
  • Ticket resolution: 90% within SLA and on first call.
  • Average call handling time: ≤ 6 minutes.
  • Daily target: 10 resolved tickets.

Essential Skills:

  • Intermediate computer and technology troubleshooting.
  • Excellent customer service and communication.
  • Fluency in verbal and written English.
  • Empathy and resilience in handling challenging situations.
  • Adherence to policies and learning aptitude.
