  1. Make sure the webpage is open.

  4. Click Websites.
  5. On the left, click Content Blockers.
  6. Make sure Off is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.
  7. On the left, click Pop-up Windows.
  8. Make sure Allow is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.

We are looking for experienced NPI Engineer who will play a critical role in the successful launch of new products, ensuring that designs are manufacturable and meet quality standards.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including R&D, manufacturing, and quality assurance, to define product specifications and requirements.
  • Develop and execute NPI plans, timelines, and milestones to ensure timely product launches.
  • Conduct design reviews and provide feedback to engineering teams to optimize manufacturability and cost efficiency.
  • Identify potential manufacturing challenges and propose solutions to improve production processes.
  • Create and maintain documentation related to product specifications, process flows, and project updates.
  • Conduct risk assessments and implement corrective actions as needed.
  • Monitor production processes and troubleshoot issues during the transition from development to manufacturing.

Qualifications:

  • With a Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, Industrial, or related field)
  • With 3+ years of experience in NPI, product development, or manufacturing engineering
  • Strong understanding of product lifecycle management (PLM) and quality management systems (QMS)
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively with teams
  • Excellent project management skills
