The Business Development Representative will play a crucial role in identifying new business opportunities, building and maintaining relationships with clients, and driving revenue growth. Responsibilities

  • Identify and develop new business opportunities, potential clients, and market opportunities thru research, networking, and attending industry events and conferences
  • Develop and implement strategies to attract new clients and expand market reach
  • Drive sales and revenue growth by developing and executing sales plans to achieve targets and objectives
  • Manage the entire sales cycle from prospecting, pitching, negotiating, to closing
  • Establish and nurture strong relationship with clients and key stakeholders
  • Work closely with marketing, product development, and other teams to align business development strategies with company goals
  • Provide feedback and insights to improve products and services based on client interactions
  • Stay updated on industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities

Requirements

  • 5+ years or proven experience in business development, sales, or a related role
  • Knowledge in VoIP and Telecommunications - a plus
  • Excellent interpersonal and organizational skills
  • Exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written, together with excellent negotiation skills
  • Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with clients and stakeholders
  • Ability to understand customer pain points, requirements, and correlating business to the value that can be provided by CommPeak
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision and manage time effectively
  • Self-motivated, proactive, and results-oriented
