Oversee and manage communication projects from conception to completion.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure the successful execution of communication initiatives.
Monitor project timelines and ensure deadlines are met.
Develop and implement a comprehensive content strategy aligned with organizational goals. Create a content plan outlining key messages, themes, and channels for effective communication. Collaborate with various departments to gather information and insights for content creation. Review and edit basic content for a variety of communication channels, including newsletters, emails, and social media.
Ensure content aligns with brand guidelines and maintains a consistent tone and voice.
Contribute to the creation of marketing collateral and promotional materials.
Ensure accuracy, quality, and adherence to publication standards.
Liaise between client and internal team for any project requirement
Qualifications
- Knowledge in marketing and communications
- Ability to write basic content
- Experience in publication is a plus
- Experience in communication/PR agency is a plus
- Proven ability to create and implement successful content strategies.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
- Project management experience, ensuring the timely and efficient delivery of communication projects.
