Job Description
An entry-level management position responsible for providing quality work products on customer engagements while managing a small team of consultants. Has a broad understanding of solutions, industry best practices, multiple business processes or technology designs within a product/technology family.
Performs varied and complex duties and tasks that need independent judgment, in order to implement Oracle products and technology to meet customer needs. Applies Oracle methodology, company procedures, and leading practices. Demonstrates expertise to deliver functional and technical solutions on moderately complex customer engagements. May lead the solution design and implementation aspects of engagement(s) ensuring high quality, integrated software solutions within constraints of time and budget. Effectively consults with management of customer organizations. Participates in business development activities. Ensure that operational policies are followed and that business objectives are achieved by focusing on best practices and process improvements. Responsible for operational metrics and overall business results for area of responsibility. Provides coaching, guidance and feedback to develop skills of team members. Typically manages individual contributors. Demonstrates multiple business process expertise within one product family or technology solutions architect and design expertise for one technology product and understand cross stack impacts.

Responsibilities
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
Achieve and Exceed ACS Revenue and Success Metrics
- Drive and lead the team to meet or exceed billable utilization goals
- Meet the Gate Eligibility / Qualification Minimums established for consultants
- Oversee a portfolio of ACS subscriptions and ensure high levels of quality in ACS delivery
- Lead and manage a team of Functional Consultants with the goal of becoming trusted advisers for Customer through their ACS journey
- Provides technical and/or business consultative leadership for a team of functional consultants through previous experience of delivering cases
- Work with ACS customers to perform proactive and escalation checkpoints
- Responsible for adhering to highest quality standards in the ACS delivery
- Help on strategic projects as needed
- Contribute to company’s focus on verticalization through participation in internal cross-departmental initiatives
- Ensures the team’s alignment to ACS process and policies through evaluation and monitoring of cases
- Provide evaluative judgement based on analysis of information and in-depth knowledge of policies and procedures in complicated and unique situations
- Hire, train and manage a large team of new and experienced resources to fulfill Practice objectives
- Provide coaching and mentoring in aid of the consultant’s career development
- Conduct performance check-ins/evaluations, compensation review, and the development of the Functional Consultants IDP
- Build team’s expertise and confidence in the ACS delivery
- Handle day-to-day administrative tasks such as: vacation scheduling, expense reports,Time Entry approval, etc..
- Serve as the main point of contact between cross functional teams on corporate administrative tasks
- Proactively provides input and contributes to the development of Oracle NetSuite’s procedures, standards and strategies
- Clear and timely communication of Oracle-NetSuite updates and changes to processes, policies, programs, and other important information that affects the customer, employee, and the company.
- 5+ years of demonstrated experience in leading teams
- Demonstrated experience in enabling junior resources, preferably consultants through effective coaching and mentoring
- Broad vertical application solution experience in any of the following industries: Services, Software, Manufacturing, Wholesale & Distribution, General Business, etc.
- Demonstrated ability of working North America hours
- Demonstrated experience in translating customer business requirements into actionable software delivery/implementation techniques as part of the coaching process for functional consultants
- Excellent client management skills or internal stakeholder management skills
- Operations Management experience in the BPO is a plus
- Consulting and management experience in a SaaS environment is a big plus
- Experience implementing packaged enterprise application solutions such as NetSuite, Oracle, SAP, PeopleSoft, JD Edwards, or Dynamics is a plus
