Accounting Director

A company headquartered in Southern California is in need of a CPA to handle entire accounting operation. Candidate must know Netsuite as no one here is available to train. Knowledge of posting inter-company journal entries and transactions is a must.

Responsibilities include:
Posting of all bank and credit card transactions.
A/P entry and payment execution.
Inventory reconciliation.
Equity reconciliation.
Processing of payroll (all employees are salaried).
Processing of employee reimbursements.
Cash flow management between entities.
Reconciliation of balance sheet accounts in monthly workpaper file.
Prep monthly financial statements for review.
Assist the CFO in general accounting and administrative functions.
