Responsibilities

Job Duties:

You will be responsible for handling every aspect of the customer’s journey to ensure customer satisfaction and success as well as ensuring operational excellence.

1) Customer Management
- Develop, implement, and review operational procedures. These include student enrolment, classroom schedule, payroll, invoice and payments, bookkeeping, submission of annual regulatory documents, and enforcement of compliance with work regulations
- Prepare invoices, collect payments, and follow up with customers on administrative matters

2) Program Management
- To assist customers in their university application programs and meet all required workflow timelines. Responsible for regular meetings, mentor liaisons and ensuring deliverables are met to meet customer expectations.


3) Human Resources
- Process and facilitate job recruitment, interviews, selection, contract offer, onboarding, and training.
- Establish effective communication channels to ensure a smooth communication flow between different functions of the company

Requirements:

- Degree or diploma in a related field.
- Knowledge of business software and aptitude to learn new applications; proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Basic accounting skills
- Good bookkeeping skills
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong research and analytical skills
- Good attitude towards learning and culture of improvement
- Strong time management and organisation skills
- Ability to work independently and as a team
- Strong sense of responsibility to complete tasks within the deadline
- Strong problem-solving skills in optimising workflows

Details:
- Working Hours: 10am-7pm. Singapore Time. Monday to Friday.
- Salary: SGD $800-$1000/month
- Commitment: Full Time. Remote
