We are looking for a talented Creative Virtual Assistant & Digital Marketing Specialist well versed with GoHighLevel CRM to support our client in managing social media, online advertising, and website maintenance. This role is focused on increasing brand visibility, attracting new clients, and optimizing business processes to fuel growth. This is a part-time position with the potential to transition to full-time, working daytime hours (M-F) in Philippine Standard Time (PHT).


Job duties and responsibilities include the following:

1. Social Media Management:
- Create and post engaging content that highlights tattoo designs, showcases the artist’s portfolio, and interacts with
followers on various social media platforms.
- Schedule regular posts across platforms such as Instagram, Facebook , etc., to maintain an active and engaged online
presence.

2. CRM & Email Automation:
- Set up and manage customer relationship management (CRM) systems using GoHighLevel (GHL).
- Build automated email marketing campaigns aimed at nurturing potential clients and supporting client acquisition.

3. Online Advertising Campaigns:
- Create and manage targeted online advertising campaigns (e.g., Google, Facebook ads) to promote the artist’s work
and drive new client inquiries.

4. Website Management:
- Update and maintain the business's Squarespace website with the latest photos, blogs, and other content to keep it
fresh and appealing to potential clients.
- Ensure the website reflects current events, promotions, and tattoo designs.


Qualifications:

- Experience in social media content creation and scheduling.
- Proficiency with CRM systems, especially GoHighLevel.
- Knowledge of online advertising tools like Google Ads and Facebook Ads.
- Familiarity with website management, particularly on Squarespace.
