We are seeking an experienced Service Desk Analyst to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in a Managed Service Provider or Help Desk environment and possess comprehensive knowledge of Office 365, Microsoft Windows, and server management. - Set up and configure new PCs, ensuring all documentation is accurate and complete.
- Provide over-the-phone help desk support to clients, addressing issues and resolving problems efficiently.
- Manage Office 365 environments, including user management and permissions.
- Utilize Connectwise Manage and remote software to assist clients and track support tickets.
- Troubleshoot hardware issues, including memory and hard drive replacements.
- Conduct virus removal and remediation for affected systems.
- Manage users and permissions on servers (Windows Server 2012 and up).
- Maintain and manage Microsoft Office applications (2016, 2019, Office 365).
- Assist with the management of Office 365 SharePoint.
- Support basic networking tasks related to WAN/LAN, IP, and DHCP.
- Perform basic firewall management and troubleshooting.
