Key Responsibilities
- Administrative Support: Assist the Creative Manager with daily operations and project management. Organize company files using Google Drive, Adobe Creative Suite, and Canva.
- Coordination: Handle internal and external requests, and collaborate with team members to align on project goals.
- Digital Marketing: Manage the website and email marketing. Work with the Social Media Officer on content across platforms (Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, Viber, YouTube). Analyze engagement data to shape strategies.
- Content Creation: Develop engaging social media content (stories, reels, TikTok) and create content at company events.
- Social Media Management: Collaborate with the team to plan and schedule weekly social media posts and create promotional materials.
- Marketing Projects: Manage promotional materials and website content. Coordinate announcements and attend marketing team meetings.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in marketing, advertising, arts, or a related field.
- 1+ years of experience in a creative or marketing role.
- Excellent time management and organizational skills.
- Keen eye for design and aesthetics.
- Comfortable with project management; strong team player with effective collaboration skills in creative and marketing environments.
- Creative mindset with a passion for innovation.
- Attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines.
