Key Responsibilities

  • Administrative Support: Assist the Creative Manager with daily operations and project management. Organize company files using Google Drive, Adobe Creative Suite, and Canva.
  • Coordination: Handle internal and external requests, and collaborate with team members to align on project goals.
  • Digital Marketing: Manage the website and email marketing. Work with the Social Media Officer on content across platforms (Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, Viber, YouTube). Analyze engagement data to shape strategies.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, advertising, arts, or a related field.
  • 1+ years of experience in a creative or marketing role.
  • Excellent time management and organizational skills.
  • Keen eye for design and aesthetics.
  • Comfortable with project management; strong team player with effective collaboration skills in creative and marketing environments.
