Responsibilities
(a) Responsible for making the branch the main distribution channel of the bank by selling its products and services.
(b) Grow and deepen relationships with existing clients by offering other products and services suitable to them.
(c) Implement marketing programs/strategies that would promote products, increase new bank customers, and maximize existing customer's share of wallet.
(d) Mentor and coach the branch sales team, Business Development Sales Officers (BDSO), Relationship Officers (RO), Sales Associates, and New Accounts
(e) Approve transactions and oversee the performance of service in the branch that would impact customer satisfaction and relationships.
(f) Perform compliance/governance and risk management requirements based on the policies and framework set by the bank.
(g) Perform customer service standards by applying the right attitude and skills using the EastWest Service Pillars and Service Standards.
Qualifications
1. Bachelor's Degree, preferably a business course
2. Equivalent experience in the banking industry is required.
3. Strong leadership skills and a track record of effectively managing a sales team.
4. In-depth knowledge of banking products, services, and industry regulations.
5. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for building and maintaining customer relationships.
6. Demonstrated ability to meet and exceed sales targets
