Digital Marketing Associate (Remote, 9AM to 6PM EST)

Job Title: Digital Marketing Associate (Remote)

Employment Type: Permanent, 1099 Contract

Location: Remote (Working hours 9am-6pm ET)

A full-service marketing firm specializing in serving the legal industry is looking for a marketing professional with a high attention to detail and ability to multi-task who can create, manage and execute our email marketing and social media campaigns for many of our clients.

The digital marketing associate should be experienced in LinkedIn, Canva, Adobe, MailChimp and HubSpot. The digital marketing associate will work directly with account managers to deliver custom artwork for social media and email marketing campaigns and will be responsible for executing and reporting on social media and email marketing campaigns. The candidate will have 2+ years experience with these marketing tools and strategies.

Responsibilities:

• Design images and videos in Canva and Adobe for LinkedIn
• Design images and videos in Canva and Adobe for email marketing campaigns
• Execute postings on LinkedIn, optimizing content, hashtags, tagging and more
• Provide analytics on LinkedIn campaign performance and create a PPT report for the account manager
• Design images and videos in Canva and Adobe for email marketing campaigns
• Create and execute email marketing campaigns
• Create segments and targeted lists in email marketing platforms
• Provide analytics on email marketing campaigns and create a PPT report for the account manager
• Use Google Sheets to follow content calendar and provide updates
• Use Asana to get assigned tasks, comment on tasks and mark tasks as complete
• Make recommendations about campaigns that would improve reach and performance

Requirements:

• A bachelor’s degree or higher in marketing
• 2+ years experience in digital marketing
• 2+ years experience with Adobe, Canva and email marketing
• Excellent project management skills. Ability to manage multiple priorities with exceptional attention to detail, be a self-starter, and be consistently motivated to bring creative solutions to work
• Strong writing and communication skills
• Expertise in Wordpress, keywords/metadescriptions/metatags etc. a plus
• Solid knowledge of website analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics) a plus

Holidays: President's Day, Memorial Day, Juneteenth, Independence Day, Labor Day, Thanksgiving (Thursday and Friday), and Christmas Eve thru New Year’s Day
