Responsibilities:

  • Build and manage strong relationships with key distributors and retailers across the FMCG market.
  • Lead E-commerce sales management of the brand via Shoppee, Lazada, and other D2C platforms.
  • Oversee aspects of operations, including production planning, inventory management, and quality control. With the opportunity to oversee the production plant.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams (marketing, finance, R&D) to ensure alignment and optimize business performance.
  • Develop and implement data-driven sales and operational strategies, leveraging analytics to gain insights and improve decision-making.

Qualifications:

  • Proven track record of success in university or/and within the FMCG or CPG industry.
