Job Description:
- Assures that plant’s assets are properly managed and compliant by providing cost-effective projects
- Coordinates plant resources in preventing and mitigating hazards, in preparing and mobilizing incident or emergency response, and recovery of affected areas.
- Executes long term cost efficiency programs and cost-effective solutions to identified processes
- Identifies and analyzes potential problems that require redesign and re-engineering of processes and resources for effective controls and solutions.
- Responsible for the overall skill development strategy through competency-based assessment and provision of intervention to identified areas for improvement.
Qualifications:
- College graduate in Engineering
- At least two (2) years work experience as Supervisor in food manufacturing or related industry
- Experience in Preventive Maintenance is a must
- With knowledge in Food Manufacturing, Third Party Management, Quality and Food Safety Management Systems.
