Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Operations Manager to oversee the operations of our growing network of stores. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in managing multiple locations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee Operations: Manage the daily operations of multiple Happy Hour stores, ensuring consistency and excellence in service delivery.
  • Staff Management: Recruit, train, and supervise store managers and staff, fostering a positive and productive work environment.
  • Inventory Control: Implement and monitor inventory control systems to ensure stock levels are maintained and wastage is minimized.
  • Customer Service: Ensure all stores provide exceptional customer service and handle any escalated customer issues or complaints.
  • Performance Monitoring: Track and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) for each store, using data to drive improvements and achieve targets.
  • Process Improvement: Identify opportunities for operational efficiencies and implement best practices across all locations.
  • Compliance: Ensure all stores comply with local regulations, health and safety standards, and company policies.
  • Budget Management: Manage operational budgets, control costs, and optimize financial performance.

Qualifications:

  • Experience: Minimum of 5 years of experience in operations management, preferably in the convenience store or retail sector. Experience with convenience stores is a plus. This role is critical in ensuring that our operations run smoothly, efficiently, and consistently across all locations.
  • Leadership Skills: Strong leadership and team management skills with the ability to motivate and develop staff.
  • Analytical Skills: Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities with a data-driven approach to decision-making.
  • Communication: Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Adaptability: Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple priorities effectively.
  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field is preferred.
