Job Description:
We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Operations Manager to oversee the operations of our growing network of stores. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in managing multiple locations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee Operations: Manage the daily operations of multiple Happy Hour stores, ensuring consistency and excellence in service delivery.
- Staff Management: Recruit, train, and supervise store managers and staff, fostering a positive and productive work environment.
- Inventory Control: Implement and monitor inventory control systems to ensure stock levels are maintained and wastage is minimized.
- Customer Service: Ensure all stores provide exceptional customer service and handle any escalated customer issues or complaints.
- Performance Monitoring: Track and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) for each store, using data to drive improvements and achieve targets.
- Process Improvement: Identify opportunities for operational efficiencies and implement best practices across all locations.
- Compliance: Ensure all stores comply with local regulations, health and safety standards, and company policies.
- Budget Management: Manage operational budgets, control costs, and optimize financial performance.
Qualifications:
- Experience: Minimum of 5 years of experience in operations management, preferably in the convenience store or retail sector. Experience with convenience stores is a plus. This role is critical in ensuring that our operations run smoothly, efficiently, and consistently across all locations.
- Leadership Skills: Strong leadership and team management skills with the ability to motivate and develop staff.
- Analytical Skills: Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities with a data-driven approach to decision-making.
- Communication: Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Adaptability: Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple priorities effectively.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field is preferred.
