  1. Make sure the webpage is open.
  2. In the Safari app on your Mac, choose Safari > Preferences, then click Security.
  3. Make sure the Enable JavaScript checkbox is selected.
  4. Click Websites.
  5. On the left, click Content Blockers.
  6. Make sure Off is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.
  7. On the left, click Pop-up Windows.
  8. Make sure Allow is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.

  2. Click. then Settings.
  3. Click Privacy and Security.
  4. Click Site settings.
  5. Click JavaScript.
  6. Select Sites can use Javascript.

Job Description

Record to Report Ops Specialist

  • Responsible in monitoring General Accounting activities
  • Coordinates individual and team work assignments
  • Monitors team members performance with the focus on improvement
  • Assists in reviewing daily, weekly and monthly service levels and provides recommendations for improvements
  • Ensures timely feedback is provided to individuals and teams on quality issues, changes or trends
  • Assists in the creation of Performance Improvement Plans (PIPs) for Team Members not meeting expected production or quality targets, monitors program for a defined period
  • Provides suggestions to Management on unit performance, including motivation tactics, incentive programs and performance rewards

Qualifications

JOB QUALIFICATIONS:

Record to Reports Ops Specialist

  • Bachelor's Degree in Business/Finance/Accounting-related courses,
  • At least 5 years solid Finance/Accounting experience in Record to Report or General Accounting with 2 years supervisory experience

Record to Reports Ops Assoc Manager

  • Bachelor's Degree in Business/Finance/Accounting-related courses,
  • At least 5 years solid Finance/Accounting experience with Record to Report/ General Accounting with
  • 4 years' Supervisory experience
