The HR Operations Manager will be responsible for managing a team of HR professionals and ensuring the effective delivery of HR services that align with business goals and objectives. The successful candidate will have extensive experience in HR operations, strong leadership skills, and the ability to think strategically.

HR Operations
- Manage and oversee HR operations and services delivery for the organization.
- Develop and implement HR policies, procedures, and guidelines to ensure compliance with HR laws and regulations.
- Ensure legal compliance throughout human resource management.
- Manage the HR team to ensure effective delivery of HR services to the organization.
- Conduct regular HR analytics to track and analyze key HR metrics and provide insights and recommendations to senior management.
- Partner with the talent acquisition team to identify and attract top talent and develop and implement retention strategies.
- Collaborate with the learning and development team to design and deliver training programs that enhance employee skills and knowledge.
- Participate in HR projects as assigned and ensure successful completion within designated timelines.
- Ensure compliance with all HR-related laws and regulations.
- Bridge management and employee relations by addressing demands, grievances, or other issues.
- Oversee all aspects of employment law and employee relations leading all investigations, disciplinary procedures, and terminations to ensure compliance with labor law.
- Provides advice and counsel to line management by sharing HR policy guidance and interpretation when needed.
- Manage employee relations issues and provide guidance to HR Business Partners and managers to resolve complex employee issues.
- Ensure that due process is observed in all employee incident reports.
- Prepare memos and cascade HR memos as needed
- Manage day-to-day office administration activities of the company (i.e. order, cleanliness, safety and security, etc.)
- Ensure the office space is working at the optimum condition with high levels of organizational effectiveness, communication, and safety.
- Responsible for management of the building, which includes but not limited to managing repairs, tenant issues, etc.
- Supervises and coordinates overall administrative and office activities.
- Negotiates the purchase of office supplies and furniture, office equipment, etc., for the entire staff in accordance with company purchasing policies and budgetary restrictions.
- Create & monitors the financial reports on all HR-related costs
- Provide strategic guidance on HR & Admin matters.
- Bachelor's Degree in Business Management, Human Resources, Psychology or any related field
- Proven working experience as an HR Manager or HR Executive
- Knowledgeable of HR systems and process
- In-depth knowledge of labor law and HR best practices
- With experience in leadership roles or managing people
- Preferably with the above average oral and written communication skills
