  1. Make sure the webpage is open.
  2. In the Safari app on your Mac, choose Safari > Preferences, then click Security.
  3. Make sure the Enable JavaScript checkbox is selected.
  4. Click Websites.
  5. On the left, click Content Blockers.
  6. Make sure Off is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.
  7. On the left, click Pop-up Windows.
  8. Make sure Allow is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.

About the Role

The Tech Delivery Lead has a deep understanding of business segment aligned technology and is responsible for overseeing all technology deliverables across all project phases including solution design, development, testing, launch and handover to operations. They oversee a team focused Tech Delivery Managers who ensure the integration of projects meet the requirements of the business and work closely with Service Delivery Managers to assist in technology discovery and delivery.

What we’re looking for

  • With 20+ solid years of experience in technology delivery management and leadership roles
  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or a related field; advanced degree in a relevant field is a plus
  • Strong leadership and team management skills
  • Strong understanding of software development methodologies (Agile, Scrum, Waterfall)
  • Strong understanding of project and program management principles
  • Strong understanding of software development life cycle (SDLC)
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills
  • Strong understanding of technology trends and best practices
  • In-depth understanding of software development, testing, and deployment processes
  • Knowledge of software development methodologies and best practices
  • Knowledge of project and program management principles
  • Knowledge of IT governance, risk management, and compliance
  • Have worked on Banking Retail Products and Services
