Client Delivery Manager | Permanent WFH

Duties and Responsibilities:

- Your days will be filled with:
- Primarily accountable for Client Relations and Service Delivery for Accounts assigned
- Keen attention to detail and ability to quickly respond and identify the root cause of an issue
- Ability to extract operational issues and provide clear guidelines to address client concerns
- Experienced with Client Relations with an Operational background


Qualifications:

- 2-4 Years experience as part of Operations that focuses on client services.
- B2B Development and working on Growth & Revenue Goals experience is highly desirable
- Proven track record of managing foreign business relationships at various organizational levels
- Proficiency in Google Docs, and Spreadsheets, and familiarity with Google Tools (ie. Calendar, GDrive)
- Able to work transparently, and independently, take initiative, and be very organized
- Strong verbal and highly proficient writing skills, including spelling, grammar, punctuation, etc.
