PRIMARY PURPOSE:

The role of the Marketing Assistant (Client Services) entails providing comprehensive support to the Account Manager by executing a range of tasks. These tasks encompass the management of weekly CSD reports, facilitation of accreditation documents, creation of project codes, and active involvement in office documentation and record-keeping duties.

JOB DESCRIPTION:

  • Maintain administration of Client Services Department pipeline reports
  • Weekly Client Services Department reports.
  • Manage Accreditation Documents (Hardcopy & through Clients Online Portal)
  • Generate Project Code through ESS and CORE portals
  • Maintains the office documentation and/or record-keeping system for the Manager and to ensure efficient documentation for storage and retrieval.
  • Monitors office supplies and requests for replenishment when needed.
  • Develop draft proposals by instruction of the Account Managers.
  • Secure Contract Documents of awarded projects
  • Routing of Contracts for Signature of awarded projects
  • Prepares office correspondences as required, documenting, and issuing the same to addressees upon sign-off by the Manager
  • Records minutes of the meeting and issue to attendees upon signing-off by superior when required.
  • Assist with social media and website content
  • Assisting in the development and distribution of marketing and promotional material
  • Provides support in data collation, check preparation and release facilitation/follow through, expense monitoring, inventory management of marketing operations, collaterals, others.

EDUCATION, TECHNICAL CAPABILITY AND CAREER:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field..
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and basic graphic design software
  • Knowledge of social media platforms and best practices
  • A high level of attention to detail.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
