Application Support Consultant for Life Science

QUALIFICATIONS:

Required

1. Technical

  • Minimum 3 years of experience in handling incidents, service requests (L2), and change management.
  • Experience in application monitoring, analysis, troubleshooting, and configuration.
  • Good understanding of incident, problem, change management.
  • Has worked with SLAs/KPIs.
  • Knowledge of system validation/testing, patching, and upgrade.

2. Consultancy Mindset

  • Comfortable in driving conversations (video call) with clients and end-users.
  • Responsible, self-driven and proactive.
  • Openness to continuous learning (fast-learner, adaptable).

3. Working Environment

  • Amenable to work in rotational shifts (Asia, Europe, US – EST/PST).
  • Comfortable with being assigned multiple applications (minimum 3 at a time).
  • Experience in working with multicultural teams.
  • Comfortable working with a dynamic, mid-sized team.

Nice to have (not required)

  • Technical support (L2) experience of GxP or Pharmaceutical/Life Science applications.
  • Working experience on any Veeva Vaults.
  • ITIL certified (or willing to get training and certification).
  • Good understanding of System Lifecycle.
  • Experience in system administration for GxP applications.
  • Experience creating and testing application enhancements.
  • Experience working with integrations.
  • Have a fair understanding of Life science business workflows and knowledge of domains i.e. (Clinical/ regulatory/ Safety).
  • Experience in any of the following applications (or similar): Vitrana, Please Review, Sum Total, Smart Sheet, goBalto Activate/Select, iMedidata/RAVE, Medable, InForm, Liquent InSight, Synaps, Dragon, etc..
