Job Overview:
We are looking for an HRIS Support Specialist with a robust background in Australian payroll systems and processes. This critical position entails technical support of HRIS and payroll system implementation and maintenance and exceptional customer service skills. The successful candidate will be the go-to individual for our HRIS users, demonstrating a proactive and positive attitude in troubleshooting, managing support tickets, and preparing precise monthly payroll reports. Your combination of technical know-how, support capabilities, and outstanding service attitude will drive efficient and compliant payroll operations within our organization.
Work setup:
- Must be willing to work in our Clark, Pampanga office site on Mondays, Wednesdays, and Fridays
- Remote work on Tuesdays and Thursdays
Key Responsibilities:
- Serve as the primary support contact for HRIS and payroll system inquiries, providing customer-centric, timely, and effective issue resolution.
- Guide and manage the integration of payroll/HRIS systems to ensure a seamless workflow and data integrity.
- Efficiently triage and prioritize payroll and HRIS support tickets, delivering solutions promptly in a dynamic environment.
- Compile exact monthly payroll reports in line with local compliance mandates and organizational needs.
- Keep abreast of and apply Australian payroll legislation and best practices to uphold compliance and facilitate system updates.
- Partner with HR and payroll teams to grasp user requirements and augment system features.
- Offer comprehensive training and support to users on new functionalities and process enhancements within the HRIS.
- Engage in regular HRIS system updates and testing to assure ongoing payroll system reliability and efficiency.
- Document procedures, manage support logs, and contribute to the knowledge base for HRIS and payroll systems, all with a customer service perspective.
Qualifications:
- Demonstrated experience with HRIS and payroll systems, ideally with specific expertise in Australian payroll management.
- In-depth knowledge of the complete payroll lifecycle and pertinent Australian legislation.
- Excellent problem-solving skills, coupled with the capability to efficiently manage and prioritise issues.
- Keen attention to detail and a dedication to generating accurate and timely reports.
- Strong interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively within multidisciplinary teams.
- Proficiency in delivering user-centric training and support for HRIS/payroll systems.
