Job Summary:

The Process and Policy Development manager will play a key role in overseeing the

development, evaluation, and implementation of bank policies and procedures. The role will

focus on ensuring that all systems, processes, and documentation are in line with regulatory

standards and organizational goals. This role will work closely with various business and

support units, senior management, and external regulatory bodies to support the bank’s

operational efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:

· Analyze business operations to identify documentation needs and opportunities for improvement.

· Gather information from subject matter experts (SMEs), existing resources, and independent research.

· Create a variety of high-quality documentation, including procedures, user manuals, forms, and guides.

· Collaborate with SMEs and BU heads to ensure timely and accurate updates through regular document reviews.

· Manage and organize documents for both digital and print formats, ensuring easy access and retrieval via SharePoint or similar platforms.

· Continuously assess and refine documentation for clarity, relevance, and effectiveness.

· Ensure all documents adhere to Salmon’s writing style and guidelines.

Requirements & Qualifications:

· Bachelor’s degree in English, Journalism, Communications, or a related field.

· Experience in creating process documentation or similar materials.

· Solid understanding of document control regulations and best practices.

· Ability to collaborate transparently and build strong relationships across teams.

· Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.

· High attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines consistently.

· Proficiency with SharePoint or other document management systems is a plus.

· Preferably with Banking or Fintech experience.
