Amazon FBA Account Management:

Fully manage and oversee all aspects of our Amazon FBA account from A to Z, this includes inventory management, order processing, product listings, and more.
Monitor account performance, analyze data, and implement strategies to optimize sales and listings, improve product rankings, and reduce costs.
Troubleshoot and resolve any FBA-related issues, such as inventory discrepancies, fulfillment challenges, or account performance concerns.
Conduct market research to identify potential leads, suppliers, and new product opportunities for our Amazon Wholesale business.
Handle returns and customer service inquiries through Amazon’s platform, maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction.
Ensure that product packaging and labeling comply with Amazon FBA requirements.

Essential: Direct hands-on experience managing an Amazon FBA account is required, not just course-based knowledge.
You must have proven experience in successfully running and growing an Amazon FBA business.

Marketing & Social Media:

Assist with the creation and scheduling of social media posts to promote products and foster audience engagement.
Develop promotional strategies to boost brand visibility and interaction on platforms like Instagram, Facebook , and TikTok.
Analyze social media data and campaign insights to optimize strategies and improve marketing performance.
