Main Duties & Responsibilities:

  • Mainly responsible for the product planning and execution throughout the product lifecycle, including gathering and prioritizing product and customer requirements, defining the product vision, and working closely with business development, sales, IT and support to ensure revenue and customer satisfaction goals are met.
  • Develop strategy to target specific market segments and product partnerships, including, but not limited to, financial institutions, payment agents, and e-wallet providers.
  • Maintain a strong pipeline of new business, identify opportunities and lead all aspects of deal execution, including strategic & financial assessment, solution development and negotiation.
  • Analyze and understand partners’ and customers’ business objectives, requirements and technical contexts, to design tailored solutions for both Business and
  • Technical executives of the counterparty.
  • Assess current competitor offerings and seek opportunities for differentiation, develop, implement, and maintain production timelines across multiple departments.
  • Appraise new product ideas and strategize appropriate go-to-market plans.
  • Extend coverage to include other 2C2P markets and when necessary, directly coordinate with market heads, partners, and customers in these markets.
  • Identify opportunities to market 2C2P’s specialized solutions and take an active role in deal execution including solution development, negotiation and project planning.
  • Obtain valuable customer insights and feedback, articulate these internally and coordinate any development effort with Product Development, IT and other operational functions to help further improve 2C2P’s product and solutions.
  • Understand the competitive landscape in the Philippines and in other markets, discover market insights and identify customer pain points.
  • Maintain strong relationships with partners and clients.
  • Identify fintech and payment industry trends through on-going research and feedback and be able to initiate the ideation and development of applicable products and solutions for the Philippine market.
  • Where appropriate, taking on other tasks that may be assigned from time to time.
  • Acquire new distributors for the company’s digital goods business.
  • Build long-term relationships with new and existing clients.
  • Prepare sales contracts and lead legal negotiations.
  • Generate business by signing up new enterprise clients through value-based consultative selling of 2C2P solutions, with the objective of penetrating and dominating assigned and agreed client segments;
  • Be responsible for enterprise account management, actively developing relationship with key stakeholders, preparing and executing account development plan in consultation with management team;
  • Regularly monitor and report sales and profitability of portfolio of accounts to management, plan and carry out revenue protection, revenue expansion, and cross sell activities to grow the share of merchant business;

Qualifications:

  • At least 3-5 years of relevant work experiences in digital goods reselling and/or e-commerce marketplace industry.
  • Prior experiences in business development and account management roles.
  • Possess knowledge of digital goods industry, particularly, electronic bill payments, mobile top-up, digital gift cards, gaming e-pins & etc.
  • Preferably with experiences in B2B sales, both large corporations & SME level.
  • Strategic and analytical thinker, but also a creative problem solver and innovator.
  • Not afraid in work in extremely fast pace environment with constant changes and pressure to deliver results.
  • Self-driven, organized and motivated.
  • Excellent written, verbal communication, and presentation skills.
