About the Role:

As the Head / Director of Sales, you will be instrumental in shaping this groundbreaking lending venture. Your role will involve overseeing all sales activities, building sales (automated) processes, developing and managing client relationships, identifying new growth opportunities, and driving the company’s business expansion.

You’ll work closely with the founding team, leveraging customer insights to deliver maximum value.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Drive strategic growth and acquire new clients across multiple channels.
  • Build standardized, repeatable sales processes with a strong focus on data-driven decision-making.
  • Understand customer needs deeply and ensure products, processes, and technology are aligned with these needs.
  • Lead and grow the sales team, including Sales Managers, Officers, and Associates.
  • Oversee daily sales operations, including pipeline management and follow-ups.
  • Consistently meet or exceed monthly sales targets.

Qualifications & requirements:

  • 5+ years of experience in SME sales within a fast-paced environment
  • Strong analytical and data-driven mindset.
  • High degree of process orientation, with proven ability to develop and optimize sales processes.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to switch effortlessly between different communication modes (e.g., SMS, email, calls, video, in-person meetings).
  • Results-oriented with a demonstrated track record of consistently meeting or exceeding sales targets.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-moving, dynamic startup environment.
