The Branch Operations Head (BOH) shall be responsible for supervising and overseeing the daily operations of the branch and ensuring that policies and procedures are strictly adhered to.

He/she will assist the Branch Manager in the preparation of Annual Budget and manpower planning reports and decisions and will be responsible for the administration, control and physical custody of all accountable forms. Additionally, the role shall be accountable for the smooth operational efficiency of the Accounting, Clearing, Investment, Loan and Foreign Section of the Branch.

Key Proficiencies:

  • Should have knowledge in branch operations and policies, other internal policies, audit system, BSP / other agencies’ policies, administrative disciplinary rules and procedures and MS Office Applications.
  • Must possess strong communication and analytical skills, with keen attention to details, ability for critical thinking and very good people management skills. Should have proactive orientation.

Qualifications:

  • College Graduate with major in Business or Accounting.
  • 3-5 years of job experience in the branch operations as a Bank Branch Officer.
