Position Overview
We are seeking a highly skilled Marketing Communications Manager (a combination of an email copywriter and social media manager) to own the writing and editing of investor communications via email and social media on behalf of our clients. This role is pivotal in enhancing our digital accredited investor lead generation engine. The ideal candidate is an expert communicator and copywriter who understands the intricacies of engaging with high-net-worth individuals.

Key Responsibilities
1. Content Creation and Copywriting
Develop Email Marketing Campaigns: Create initial and subsequent email sequences for new investors entering the funnel for each new campaign. Promote live webinars to the investor base via expertly crafted email s and text messages under the guidance of our webinar producer to maximize attendance. Edit and proofread all email communications to maintain the highest quality standards.

Craft and Edit Compelling Investor Communications: Take full ownership of writing and editing sophisticated copy for email s, social media posts, and other channels targeting accredited investors. Transform key insights from monthly webinar recordings and client developments into engaging content that resonates with high-net-worth individuals, ensuring alignment with brand voice and compliance standards.

2. Social Media Management
Strategize and Execute Social Media Content: Develop and manage compelling copy for clients' brands on Instagram, Facebook , and LinkedIn. Coordinate with the design team to produce graphics and video edits that complement your written content. Schedule and oversee social media posts to maintain a consistent brand presence and maximize engagement.

3. Collaboration and Client Interaction
Coordinate with Cross-Functional Teams: Work closely with the project manager, webinar producer, graphic designers, video editors, and director of operations to deliver results. Collaborate effectively to ensure all content aligns with overall marketing strategies and objectives.

Represent the Firm in Client Interactions: Guide clients through the outlined process in a friendly yet confident manner, providing confidence in your effective communication strategies. Maintain professional and empathetic client relationships, representing our firm at a world-class level—your presentation and positive & confident demeanor are key.

4. Strategic Contribution and Process Ownership
Monitor Performance Metrics and Optimize Strategies: Utilize analytics tools to track key metrics such as content engagement rates, webinar attendance, and scheduled investor meetings. Use these insights to manage KPIs and optimize communication strategies based on content performance.

Develop Scalable Processes: Contribute to strategic planning and provide insights to project management and leadership teams. Develop scalable, systematic, and repeatable approaches to content creation and communication, ensuring efficiency and effectiveness in all operations.
Your Qualifications

Experience
Professional Background: Minimum of 5 years managing multiple client accounts simultaneously with a strong focus on establishing processes, writing and editing copy. Proven expertise understanding financial investment products communicating with high-net-worth individuals committing $250K+ into investment opportunities.

Technical Skills: Expert proficiency in GoHighLevel for scheduling posts, sending email s, and text messages is required. Experience with Slack for internal and client communication. Familiarity with Figma and Kapwing for collaborating on creative assets.

Skills and Competencies
Exceptional Writing Skills: Expert-level ability to write and edit high-quality copy for various communication channels. Native English proficiency with impeccable grammar and style. Ability to tailor messaging to highly sophisticated audiences.

Strategic and Detail-Oriented: Strong strategic planning abilities with extreme attention to detail in all written materials. Ability to maintain an organized and up-to-date content library and editorial calendar.

Communication Excellence: Strong verbal communication skills to effectively collaborate with tea m me mbers and clients. Ability to convey complex ideas in a clear, concise, and engaging manner.

About the Position
- Remote Work: This is a full-time remote position.
- Working Hours: Expected to work 9 am to 5 pm PST or CST time zones. Must be available and ready to collaborate during these hours.
- Base Salary: $1,200 per month.
- Performance-Based Bonus: $100 per month for every client for every month they stay with us. This structure effectively removes the ceiling from your base compensation.
