- Create memorable ‘WOW’ moments by delivering outstanding customer support via email, chat, and social media channels.
- Translate product information and customer communications, including newsletters and lifecycle emails, to enhance understanding and engagement.
- Acquire in-depth knowledge of our products and internal tools to provide effective assistance to our customers.
- Foster a positive atmosphere in every interaction with customers and team members, emphasizing happiness and support.
- Exceptional communication abilities in both Slovak and English.
- Strong dedication to assisting individuals with diverse learning preferences.
