Summary

The Business Analyst III for Strategic Customer Success will help to drive tactical, supportive, and scalability efforts for our key accounts through documentation, reporting, data and process design for RealPage platforms. Assists in driving adoption through the monitoring and distribution of meaningful metrics and areas of focus for our valued customers to enhance their portfolio performance.

Primary Responsibilities

  • Manage multiple client facing tasks and projects to schedule. Reports on progress weekly and measures against goals and initiatives.
  • Assists Customer Success Managers with engaging and delivering to clients accurate and timely reporting to help drive platform adoption and metrics to enhance customer performance.
  • Gathers key reporting and delivers customized reporting to various levels of client facing stakeholders (example B2B2B2C) as well as E-blasts.
  • Works with products and service department teams to enhance client facing reporting for future needs as well as drive towards automation efforts long term.
  • Coaches other analysts in their ability to design and measure high quality business metrics.
  • Finds areas of focus and opportunity to enhance customer portfolio performance and coordinates reviews with the Customer Success Manager.
  • Participates in meetings with assigned strategic accounts and prepares reviews and insights to share with assigned strategic teams and clients.
  • Leads project planning activities and participates in development of more effective business processes.
  • Acts responsively to urgent business needs.
  • Other assigned tasks and responsibilities as needed.


Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Business or IT related program, or relevant equivalent work experience.
  • Minimum 5 years’ experience in performing business related process analysis and/or project management.
  • Project management experience highly desired
  • Preferred understanding of RealPage products, services and the Property Management industry
  • Prefer understanding of SaaS industry and technology.

  • Possess ability to multi-task and move quickly between projects and stages with projects
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Must be able to produce high quality work as part of a fast paced environment
  • Strong team player with excellent interpersonal skills, customer centric mindset and ability to work cross functionally to build solid working relationships
  • Strong skills in Word, Excel, TEAMS, Salesforce, Power BI and Smartsheet
