  1. Make sure the webpage is open.

  4. Click Websites.
  5. On the left, click Content Blockers.
  6. Make sure Off is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.
  7. On the left, click Pop-up Windows.
  8. Make sure Allow is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.

Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Recruitment Officer at PHINMA Construction Materials Group in Rockwell Makati. The Recruitment Officer will be responsible for developing job descriptions, conducting interviews, and managing the entire recruitment and onboarding process.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field
  • With sourcing and interviewing experience of 2 to 3 years
  • Experience in Job Description Development and Hiring processes
  • Strong communication and organizational skills
  • Knowledge of HR best practices
  • Previous experience in the construction industry is a plus
  • Must be willing to be on a project-based status for 5 months.
  • Must be willing to start immediately

The role has the opportunity to be extended based on the project status.
