Position Summary:

The HR Manager will be responsible for developing and executing HR strategies that foster a positive work environment and enhance employee engagement. The ideal candidate will have experience in both startup and multinational settings, with a proven ability to navigate complex HR challenges.

You will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of HR operations, including recruitment, employee relations, payroll, performance management, training and development, and compliance with labor laws and regulations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and implement HR policies and procedures that align with business objectives.
  • Develop and promote programs that enhance workplace culture and employee satisfaction.
  • Manage talent acquisition, on-boarding, and training programs.
  • Address employee relations issues and facilitate conflict resolution.
  • Monitor and ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations.
  • Analyze HR metrics to identify trends and drive improvements.
  • Collaborate with leadership to support organizational development and change initiatives.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field; Master’s degree preferred.
  • Minimum of 5 years of HR management experience in both startup and multinational environments.
  • Strong problem-solving skills with a track record of addressing complex HR issues.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in HR information systems and data analysis.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and evolving workplace.

Working Schedule

Monday to Friday 9:00 am to 6:00pm

We believe in work life balance, and so we normally don’t work Saturdays. In cases where we lag behind our goals, we come in briefly on Saturdays to catch up.
