Position Overview
We are looking for a detail-oriented Project Coordinator to support our on-premises to cloud migration initiatives. This role will focus on coordinating complex migration projects, ensuring smooth transition of applications and infrastructure to cloud environments while maintaining operational continuity.
Key Responsibilities
Project Coordination
- Coordinate migration activities between technical teams and stakeholders
- Track and report on migration progress and milestones
- Manage project schedules, resources, and dependencies
- Identify and escalate risks and issues promptly
- Maintain project documentation, meeting notes and status reports
Migration Support
- Support the creation and execution of migration plans
- Coordinate testing and validation activities
- Track migration cutover activities and schedules
- Monitor post-migration stability and performance
- Facilitate knowledge transfer sessions
Stakeholder Management
- Coordinate with multiple technical teams and business units
- Prepare and distribute regular status updates
- Facilitate migration-related meetings and workshops
- Manage stakeholder expectations and communications
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in IT, Business, or related field
2+ years of project coordination experience
Experience with cloud migration projects
Strong organizational and documentation skills
Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
Knowledge of project management methodologies
Good communication skills
