Job Description:
- Required to troubleshoot POS devices
- Will support drive through machineries like speakers, microphones, headset etc.
- B2C and B2B Inbound and outbound transaction via Phone (85%) and E-mail (15%)
Requirements:
- Has 2 years of solid experienced in BPO as Technical Support
- With CRM Tools experience
- Remote Desktop Tools experience
- Advance hardware troubleshooting experience (Desktop troubleshooting/Computer troubleshooting)
- Knowledgeable with Hardware and Software Troubleshooting
- Can start ASAP (October 28)
Work Setup:
- Remote Setup (Must be able to work onsite for training and nesting for 3-4 weeks.)
- Dayshift schedule
Salary Package:
Up to 31k salary
