Job Description:

  • Required to troubleshoot POS devices
  • Will support drive through machineries like speakers, microphones, headset etc.
  • B2C and B2B Inbound and outbound transaction via Phone (85%) and E-mail (15%)

Requirements:

  • Has 2 years of solid experienced in BPO as Technical Support
  • With CRM Tools experience
  • Remote Desktop Tools experience
  • Advance hardware troubleshooting experience (Desktop troubleshooting/Computer troubleshooting)
  • Knowledgeable with Hardware and Software Troubleshooting
  • Can start ASAP (October 28)

Work Setup:

  • Remote Setup (Must be able to work onsite for training and nesting for 3-4 weeks.)
  • Dayshift schedule

Salary Package:

Up to 31k salary
