- Providing 2nd level support to the organization for all its hiring needs.
- Supporting around forty hiring managers (Manila and UK) and the Talent Acquisition Lead to execute different initiatives to ensure a consistent talent pool for our vacancies, as well as provide guidance in finding the right match talent for our roles.
- Analyzing data and labor market trends to provide support, insight and advice to stakeholders to improve the hiring process and candidate pipeline.
- Engaging in online and offline sourcing campaigns and events, and advising on best practices when it comes to the hiring process.
The following will help you be an ideal candidate for this post:
- You have 1 – 2 years of proven recruitment experience, ideally with exposure to a high volume of information technology roles.
- Exposure to copywriting in the form of social media posts, job advertisements or other campaigns would also be highly regarded.
- Exposure to Diversity and Inclusion Recruiting and tools such as LinkedIn Recruiter and LinkedIn Insights.
- Comfortable working with data (research, analysis & visualisation) and presenting to an audience of stakeholders, then you will truly like this role.
