Job Overview:

The Business Development Executive will be responsible for identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, building and maintaining relationships with clients, and contributing to the growth and success of the company. This role requires a highly motivated individual with a passion for sales and a strong understanding of the architectural and design industry.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in business development or sales, preferably in the architectural and design industry
  • Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving business growth
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong negotiation and persuasion abilities
  • Ability to build and maintain relationships with clients
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and CRM software

Responsibilities:

  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities through market research, networking, and cold calling
  • Develop and maintain a database of potential clients and follow up on leads
  • Build and maintain relationships with existing and potential clients to understand their needs and requirements
  • Prepare and deliver presentations and proposals to clients, showcasing our services and capabilities
  • Negotiate and close deals with clients to meet sales targets
  • Collaborate with the design team to develop innovative solutions and proposals for clients
  • Attend industry events and conferences to network and promote the company's services
  • Keep up-to-date with industry trends and developments to identify potential business opportunities
  • Provide regular reports on sales activities and progress to the management team
