Role Description
This is a full-time hybrid role for a Head of Learning and Development in Pasig with some remote work flexibility. The Head of Learning and Development will oversee training and development initiatives, implement learning management systems, conduct succession planning, foster employee engagement, and drive training programs to enhance organizational performance.
Qualifications
- Training & Development, Learning Management, and Succession Planning skills
- Having a background in the FMCG Industry is an advantage
- Experience in designing and implementing training programs
- Employee Engagement expertise
- Strong leadership and strategic planning abilities
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to analyze training needs and evaluate training effectiveness
- Experience in organizational development and change management
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Organizational Development, or related field
