Job Summary:
We are seeking a skilled Business Process Re-Engineering Specialist to join our team and lead initiatives that enhance productivity, improve efficiency, and align processes with strategic business goals. This role requires a visionary who can analyse existing processes, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and implement solutions that streamline workflows, reduce costs, and drive overall performance improvements.
Roles & Responsibilities:
Process Analysis and Design:
- Conduct thorough evaluations of existing business processes, identify inefficiencies, and recommend improvements.
- Use data analysis and process mapping techniques to document and redesign workflows, reducing cycle times and operational costs.
Project Management:
- Lead BPR projects from start to finish, ensuring timelines and objectives align with organizational goals.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop, implement, and monitor re-engineering solutions, driving alignment and adoption across departments.
Change Management and Stakeholder Engagement:
- Engage with stakeholders across departments to gain buy-in, manage expectations, and facilitate smooth transitions to re-engineered processes.
- Conduct training sessions, create documentation, and develop support materials to aid in the change management process.
Performance Measurement:
- Establish KPIs and performance metrics to measure the effectiveness of re-engineered processes.
- Continuously track, report, and analyse metrics post-implementation to ensure improvements align with intended outcomes.
Eligibility:
- Bachelor's Degree or equivalent combination of education and work experience
- Lean Six Sigma Black Belt Certification, Process Excellence certification
- 5 years experience in Financial Services, preferably Insurance industry
- Working experience in a consulting environment preferred
