What are we looking for?

Skills Required

  • At least 1 year of experience as a Paralegal or Legal Assistant with an Australian law firm
  • Knowledge of the Australian legal system
  • Proficient in MS Office, including Outlook and Excel

What will you do?

  • Gather, organize, and prepare evidence to support claims and legal proceedings.
  • Prepare concise and clear summaries of evidence for legal and administrative purposes.
  • Engage directly with clients aiding and maintaining high level of professionalism in all communications.
  • Assist with the team in filing necessary court documents, communication with beneficiaries and managing probate process.
  • Manage schedules, including court dates, client meetings and deadlines to ensure efficient time management and case progression.
  • Administrative functions.
