Job Overview:

As an Ecomm Assistant you must have a passion for e-commerce, a strong understanding of online retail platforms, and excellent organizational and communication skills. Your role will play a crucial role in supporting the day-to-day operations of our online store and ensuring a seamless customer experience.

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Assist in the uploading and maintaining product listings updated on our e-commerce platforms.

• Ensure accurate product information and pricing before posting.

• Coordinate with the fulfillment team to ensure orders are packed and shipped in a timely manner.

• Respond to customer inquiries and provide support via email and chat.

• Address and resolve customer issues or concerns in a professional and timely manner.

• Keep track of product inventory levels and coordinate restocking as needed.

• Collaborate with cross functional team to execute promotional campaigns and product launches.

• Assist in creating engaging product content, including product descriptions and images.

• Analyze e-commerce performance metrics and generate reports to identify trends and opportunities for improvement.

• Stay informed about the latest updates and features on e-commerce platforms.

• Implement best practices for optimizing product visibility and conversion rates.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or any related field.

• Experience in e-commerce, online retail, or a related field.

• Familiarity with e-commerce platforms such as Shopify, Shopee, Tiktok, and Lazada.

• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.

• Excellent communication and customer service skills.

• Basic understanding of digital marketing and product merchandising.

• Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
