  1. Make sure the webpage is open.

  6. Make sure Off is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.
  7. On the left, click Pop-up Windows.
  8. Make sure Allow is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.

Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Property Engineer (ME) at SM Prime Holdings, Inc. The Property Engineer will be responsible for day-to-day tasks related to mechanical engineering in property management, ensuring the efficiency and functionality of mechanical systems within Three E-com Center located in Pasay.

Qualifications

  • Mechanical Engineering, Property Development, and Property Management skills
  • Knowledge of HVAC systems, plumbing, and electrical systems
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
  • Relevant certifications or licenses in Mechanical Engineering
