Responsibilities:
Market Awareness: Stay abreast of market shifts, identify emerging markets, and monitor new
products and competitors.
Marketing and New Business Development: Identifying new product opportunities or products,
packaging and service changes, surveying clients’ needs and trends, and tracking competitors.
P&L Management: Positively impacting the P&L through cost-containment and efficiency
measures
Partnership Development: Identify, evaluate, and establish partnerships with key organizations
and businesses to drive growth and achieve strategic objectives.
Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with partners, acting as the
main point of contact for all partnership-related matters.

The ideal candidate will have strong communication and negotiation skills, business
acumen, a proven track record of building successful partnerships, and a deep
understanding of the industry landscape.
Minimum Requirements:
Competencies:
Core
Candidates must have completed a Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Education, Management,
Marketing, or any related field; MBA is an advantage.
Must have at least 5 to 7 years of sales and marketing experience in a Business-to-Business (B2B)
environment, preferably in the Publishing, IT (SaaS), Pharmaceutical, or FMCG industries;
‧ Proven experience in leading and managing sales teams to consistently meet or exceed targets.
‧ Excellent communication and influencing skills at all levels of the organization
‧ Proven ability to drive the sales process from planning to closing
‧ Strong business acumen and industry expertise
‧ Excellent mentoring, coaching, and people management skills
‧ Prior experience in the e-learning industry targeting K-12 education institutions preferred
‧ Existing connections and relationships with K-12 education institutions as clients highly valued
Candidates must not have an existing Non-Compete Agreement with other education technology
companies.
