- Scout, negotiates, and documents all potential sites.
· Conducts market study of all potential sites.
· Conducts initial site assessment for potential location
· Assist in store expansions. Conduct site visits, negotiation, documentation, preparation of deck, financials, site pack, pre-construction and pre-opening requirements, coordination with all departments until store opening.
· Handles administrative task including documentation contracts, and new store requirements.
· Ensures the documentation of lease transactions and prepares leasing agreements and other documentation requirements to ensure compliance to contractual obligations.
· Create proposals for existing clients to improve their business utilizing company services.
· Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement business development strategies.
· Developing and sustaining solid relationships with company stakeholders and customers.
· Providing insight into product development and competitive positioning.
· Analyzing financial data and developing effective strategies to reduce business costs and increase company profits.
· Meeting with potential investors to present company offerings and negotiate business deals.
· Identify opportunities, research their requirements, conduct primary research, present proposals, negotiate deals, and close deals.
· Keep abreast of market trends and competitive activities, maintain current knowledge of construction and contracting industry
· Grow/expand effectively looking for other opportunities and/or location, focused on quality stores/account.
