  • Monday to Friday, 8 a.m. - 5 p.m. PST
  • Weekend Warrior, Friday to Sunday, 8 a.m. - 8 p.m. PST

Your Impact As a Scheduling Coordinator

  • Efficiently input all scheduling details into our system
  • Juggle the coordination of 400+ client appointments with corresponding caregivers
  • Ensure every care shift is adequately covered
  • Manage and maintain data in our client management system, including meticulous records of care plans, client and employee profiles, and payroll entries
  • Directly engage with caregivers to arrange schedules while ensuring excellent service delivery to clients
  • Navigate authorizations and adhere to regulations with high organization skills
  • Conduct caregiver training, ensuring adherence to our protocols and standards
  • Uphold our commitment to advocacy should conflicts arise, always keeping the clients’ best interests at heart
  • Maintain a bright, problem-solving attitude, tackling customer and employee concerns
  • Stay proactive in quality management, evaluating care delivery and documenting progress
  • Embody the exemplary values of our company, answering all communications with promptness and politeness

Who We’re Looking For

  • Exceptional command over English, both spoken and written
  • A history of at least two years in administrative roles or service coordination
  • Previous experience in staff scheduling, viewed as a significant asset
  • A natural at customer service with the urge to support and care for others
  • Administrative prowess, especially with Microsoft Office tools
  • Typing proficiency exceeding 60 WPM
  • Top-notch organizational skills, with an affinity for multitasking
  • Technological agility, especially with computer-based projects
  • A swift thinker, skilled in managing complex projects including staffing and scheduling
  • A friendly professional with a charming demeanour and robust customer service skills
