Job Overview:
The Front-End Virtual Assistant will be responsible for managing phone communication, scheduling appointments, and data entry into the inspection reporting system. This role requires strong customer service skills, attention to detail, and proofreading abilities.
Key Responsibilities:
Answer and manage phone calls during business hours in a professional manner.
Schedule appointments and manage the client’s calendar.
Perform accurate data entry into the inspection reporting software.
Proofread inspection reports to ensure they are error-free.
Provide administrative support for daily operational tasks as needed.
