We are looking for an experienced leader in advertising to spin up and grow our talent in Manila, to work with our offices around the globe. Candidates must have a strong understanding of brand communication strategy and have worked on cutting-edge digital led, integrated Global communication and media solutions for clients.
Requirements:
Agency Leadership: Setting the overall direction and strategy for the team in alignment with OHG goals and objectives. This involves analyzing market trends, identifying opportunities, and adapting the team’s services to meet OHG agency and client needs effectively.
Business Development: Led efforts for the Manila team to acquire new clients and projects. Involves internal networking, efforts to build awareness and promote services to OHG US and EU agency teams and developing/maintaining relationships with agencies.
Financial Management: Partnering with Finance to ensure the financial health of the Manila office, including budgeting, financial planning, ensuring team utilization, and profitability. This includes monitoring expenses, managing cash flow, and making strategic investments to support growth.
Team Management: Providing leadership and guidance to the agency's staff, fostering a positive work culture, setting performance expectations, and providing opportunities for professional development.
Quality Control: Ensuring the quality and consistency of the work output. This includes reviewing or ensuring proper QC of deliverables to ensure they meet brand objectives and adhere to industry standards.
Innovation and Adaptation: Staying abreast of industry trends for advertising and healthcare, emerging technologies, and evolving client/agency needs to innovate the Manila offerings and stay competitive in the marketplace.

- Understanding of or experience leading offshore staff augmentation and outsourcing solutions
- Willingness to run/grow an agency team that will be required to work US and/or EU business hours
- US or EU marketing experience is desirable
