Your Role

We are hiring a Talent Acquisition Recruiter to support our recruitment processes and efforts. You will play a crucial role in identifying, engaging, and attracting top-tier talent in the life sciences sector. This is a remote position supporting USA PST and/or EST time zones.

  • Responsible for end-to-end recruitment including requisition in-takes, sourcing, screening/interviewing, submissions to hiring managers, through offer stage.
  • Partner with hiring managers to understand their specific talent needs and preferences.
  • Utilize various sourcing techniques, including Boolean searches, online databases, networking, LinkedIn, and social media, to identify and engage passive and active candidates.
  • Thoroughly review resumes and applications to identify qualified candidates. Effectively evaluate candidate qualifications and fit by conducting phone screens and interviews.
  • Coordinate and schedule interviews with hiring managers.
  • Develop and maintain a robust talent pool of potential candidates for current and future hiring needs.
  • Maintain and update the applicant tracking system (ATS) and candidate pipeline records.
  • Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
  • Additional responsibilities as required.

Requirements

  • Must be able to support US PST and/or EST working hours.
  • Bachelor's Degree in relevant discipline.
  • Proven experience as a Talent Acquisition Recruiter or similar role.
  • Experienced in Talent Acquisition and/or Recruitment in the life science industry.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills in order to maintain positive candidate experience and conduct candidate interviews.
  • Proficiency in using applicant tracking systems (ATS) and other recruitment tools.
  • Experienced with a range of candidate sourcing techniques.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Ability to handle multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
  • Strong analytical and evaluation skills with the ability to effectively evaluate/identify key candidate skills and traits.
  • Results-oriented with a track record of meeting and exceeding target goals.
