Are you looking for a dynamic new challenge in tech recruitment with a focus on managing MSP or agency workers? We’re seeking a talented tech recruiter with experience in MSP, agency hiring, and a deep understanding of the technology landscape to support a global financial services business in Australia.
In this client-facing role, you’ll be responsible for overseeing the hiring process for contingent workers, specifically within the technology sector. Your background in MSP or agency recruitment will allow you to manage relationships with external providers, ensuring seamless collaboration and exceptional candidate experiences. Ideally, you’ll have recruited for large enterprise environments and possess a strong understanding of a broad range of technology roles including Engineering, Data, Project Services (BA/PM), and Cybersecurity.
The role is on a regular day shift, with 3 days onsite at Enterprise Building, Ayala, Makati, and 2 days work from home.
What you will be doing:
• Manage end-to-end recruitment for roles across Engineering, Data, Project Services (Business Analysts, Project Managers), and Cybersecurity, specifically focusing on MSP and agency worker hiring
• Act as the primary point of contact for managing relationships with MSPs and recruitment agencies, ensuring compliance with hiring processes and contractual obligations
• Partner with hiring managers, MSP vendors, and senior stakeholders to deliver a seamless recruitment process aligned with the business’s strategic goals.
• Drive the execution of strategic talent acquisition projects, including recruitment marketing, workforce planning, and diversity hiring initiatives.
• Leverage market intelligence to advise the business on tech talent trends, competitor movements, and opportunities for enhancing recruitment efforts
• Ensure a smooth candidate experience while providing advice on candidate market insights, salary trends, and skills gaps within the technology sector
You’ll be someone who can bring:
• Experience in Tech and MSP or agency recruitment, ideally within a large enterprise or global organization.
• Background in recruiting in Australia or the ANZ region is essential
• Exceptional ability to influence and build trust with stakeholders at all levels, providing strategic guidance and recommendations.
• Passionate about engaging with tech candidates and understanding their career aspirations
• Strong experience in leveraging market intelligence to identify top talent, anticipate industry trends, and inform recruitment strategies.
