Set-up and Location: Remote/WFH (Ortigas, Alabang, Pampanga, or Cebu)
Work Schedule: 7:00 AM to 4:00 PM (US PST) | 10:00 PM to 7:00 AM (PH Time)
Employment Type: Full-time
All interviews and other hiring requirements are done virtually or through video calls or emails.
- Develop a pipeline of highly qualified local talent in key targeted areas to support technology solutions.
- Spearhead Talent Acquisition efforts by managing the entire recruitment lifecycle process from sourcing to hiring.
- Source, phone- screen and deliver qualified candidates, as per the given requirements, timelines, and budget.
- Develop strong rapport with the Account Managers, Resource Managers, and recruitment team; work along with them to ensure timely and quality resource fulfillment.
- Plan & prioritize requirements & publish status update/reports on a periodic basis.
- Contribute to continuous improvement of OP's Internal Processes
- Cultivate company culture that will encourage leading talent to join our team
Requirements/Skills Needed:
- 3+ yrs of strong IT recruitment experience (end-to-end hiring cycle) in the US region.
- Strong command of talent sourcing through direct/passive channels.
- Must have strong knowledge on job boards like Dice & Monster
- Should be familiar with US tax terms (W2, 1099, C2C, etc.) & work authorizations.
- Should be familiar with the IT resource market of North America or US region.
- Ability to establish networking through social media such as LinkedIn
- Strong communication & client interaction skills
- Experience in advanced sourcing techniques.
- Experience with Ceipal is a plus not mandatory.
