Job Summary:

  • Develop a pipeline of highly qualified local talent in key targeted areas to support technology solutions.
  • Spearhead Talent Acquisition efforts by managing the entire recruitment lifecycle process from sourcing to hiring.
  • Source, phone- screen and deliver qualified candidates, as per the given requirements, timelines, and budget.
  • Develop strong rapport with the Account Managers, Resource Managers, and recruitment team; work along with them to ensure timely and quality resource fulfillment.
  • Plan & prioritize requirements & publish status update/reports on a periodic basis.
  • Contribute to continuous improvement of OP's Internal Processes
  • Cultivate company culture that will encourage leading talent to join our team

Requirements

Requirements/Skills Needed:

  • 3+ yrs of strong IT recruitment experience (end-to-end hiring cycle) in the US region.
  • Strong command of talent sourcing through direct/passive channels.
  • Must have strong knowledge on job boards like Dice & Monster
  • Should be familiar with US tax terms (W2, 1099, C2C, etc.) & work authorizations.
  • Should be familiar with the IT resource market of North America or US region.
  • Ability to establish networking through social media such as LinkedIn
  • Strong communication & client interaction skills
  • Experience in advanced sourcing techniques.
  • Experience with Ceipal is a plus not mandatory.

Additional Job Details:

Set-up and Location: Remote/WFH (Ortigas, Alabang, Pampanga, or Cebu)

Work Schedule: 7:00 AM to 4:00 PM (US PST) | 10:00 PM to 7:00 AM (PH Time)

Employment Type: Full-time
