Role Description
The Marketing Specialist will drive brand visibility through targeted digital campaigns, social content creation, and community engagement. Requiring collaboration with PH and HQ , this role requires expertise in Filipino market dynamics, media planning, and digital tools like HubSpot, Adobe and Canva. Strong communication skills and flexible hours for coordination between different time zones are essential for the role.
Job Duties and Responsibilities
- Shape brand’s reputation and execute solid and strategic social media and digital marketing strategies and campaigns for awareness and lead generation.
- Assets planning & development with the creatives team.
- Social media campaigns planning and content development (Facebook, Instagram, and TikTok)
- Close coordination between Marketing agencies and head office (Canada).
- Social media community management.
- Conduct market research and analysis to better understand the target market and consumer behavior.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications or equivalent
- With minimum of 3 years’ experience in digital and content marketing (content planning, development, and trend-jack, etc.)
- Minimum of 1 year marketing agency experience (digital & social media marketing)
- Familiarity Facebook, Google Ads media planning and buying strategy/execution.
- Familiar with Content Management Systems (HubSpot, Meta, etc.)
- Solid experience in marketing to Filipino consumers (FMCG and technology preferred)
- Familiarity with Canva, Photoshop, and other editing tools for video and static materials.
- Self-starter, team player, data-driven, and flexible to adapt in a fast-paced environment.
- Amenable to e-meet with the Canada team on a scheduled basis (12 hours time difference)
- Excellent English & Filipino communication skills.
